Provide accurate and truthful information
Reside within our service area (if applicable)
We (may) do request supporting documents such as:
Health Care Card / Concession card
Bank statements
Proof of income (Centrelink, payslips, etc.)
Photo Identification
Possession of high or unexplained funds may affect eligibility, but clarification must always be offered before declining support.
4. Assessment Process
Each application is assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering:
Income and expenses
Available funds and savings
Frequency and type of deposits or financial activity
Household size and responsibilities
Any special or exceptional circumstances
We may request further information if financial details are unclear.
5. Reasons Support May Be Declined
Support may be declined if:
The applicant does not meet financial hardship criteria
