Your ongoing support has enabled us to assist hundreds of refugees, the homeless, and those in need right here in Victoria, leading to being awarded with an Outstanding Settlement Contribution Award from the Settlement Council of Australia last Wednesday, 27th November. As part of our food drive campaign, which aims to collect non-perishable food items for donation, we are introducing an option for the general public to sponsor a food pack for local individuals in need. This initiative provides an alternative for those who may not be able to physically purchase and deliver groceries to our office. Each food pack costs only $50 and can sustain an individual for up to two weeks. Your support in this effort can make a significant difference in our community. Our volunteers will use those funds to purchase grocery items to be donated on your behalf. Want else can you do? Simply pick up some extra groceries while you're out, canned foods, pasta, rice, oil, etc and drop them off to our office. We are able to pick up larger donations from you.
